Help customers find their next ride with a local connection. West Texas Auto Connect is looking for an approachable, motivated Sales Representative who enjoys meeting people, learning about vehicles, and delivering a straightforward buying experience.

What you’ll do

• Welcome customers and learn about their vehicle needs, preferences, and budget.

• Answer questions about available vehicles, features, pricing, and purchasing steps.

• Conduct vehicle walkarounds and coordinate test drives.

• Respond to website inquiries, phone calls, and messages promptly.

• Follow up with prospective buyers and keep accurate notes in our customer management system.

• Coordinate with the team on financing inquiries, trade-ins, and paperwork.

• Help keep inventory photos, descriptions, and vehicle information current.

• Build lasting customer relationships through clear communication and reliable follow-through.

What we’re looking for

• Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional attitude.

• Self-motivation, organization, and attention to detail.

• Comfort using a computer, email, and customer management software.

• A valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record.

• Availability for scheduled dealership hours, including Saturdays as needed.

• Automotive sales or customer service experience is helpful, but not required.

Compensation
